All umbrae333 pieces are made to order.

Each product is created individually after the order is placed. The estimated production time is 14 days before dispatch. This timeframe does not include delivery time.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information, if available for the selected shipping method.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and circumstances outside our control. Please make sure that all shipping details provided at checkout are correct. umbrae333 is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at [contact e-mail] and include photographs of the parcel and the product. We recommend keeping all packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Dedicated packaging is intended for storage and presentation under normal conditions of use. umbrae333 is not responsible for damage to packaging caused by improper use, improper storage, moisture, water, heat, chemicals, mechanical force, impact, crushing, scratching, or any use inconsistent with its intended purpose.
